Agreement

By using DINO4KIPTV, you agree to these terms and all laws that apply in your location. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.

Service and acceptable use

Plans provide the access and support described at purchase. You may not misuse the service, interfere with systems, share credentials beyond your purchased connection allowance, attempt unauthorized access, or use content in violation of applicable rights or laws.

Orders and payments

Prices, currency, plan duration, connection count, and renewal terms are shown before payment. Orders are subject to successful payment and reasonable fraud checks. Payment processing is handled by the enabled WooCommerce gateway.

Availability and devices

Performance can vary by device, network, location, maintenance, and third-party availability. Compatibility information is guidance; customers are responsible for a suitable internet connection and supported device.

Intellectual property

The website design, branding, documentation, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Customers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use purchased services during the plan term.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. We may update these terms, with material changes applying prospectively where required.
